About Minsuk
After graduating from The Purcell School of Music after attending for 7 years, I am currently studying at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
I have been involved with many orchestra and chamber projects, performing in the likes of Queen Elizabeth Hall at Southbank, and Cadogan Hall at Sloane Square, to name a few.
I believe that much enjoyment from studying music is through the interactions you have with the people you learn and share experiences with. Even if you do not want to take music as a career path, I truly think it will leave its mark on you!

I can teach both Violin and Viola from beginner to advanced levels, each lesson being for either an hour or the half. Of course, for newer students breaking into music(or if you would like a refresher),I will also provide all the basic theory and aural knowledge you will need to understand your way around the instrument!
My first and foremost priority is to give the student both practical, and encouraging advice. I will always work towards improving their technical skill, while making sure there is always room for enjoyment.
An area which I am quite obsessed about is posture! I believe one of the most upsetting reasons to stop enjoying music is from the pains and discomforts one’s posture can eventually bring. As everyone likes to hold their instrument differently, I will always look to develop the right posture for the student to both increase the longevity, and to make techniques more accessible, for their playing.
