I met Sarah through my son's theater program in high school. She is hands down one of the most talented vocal coaches I've ever known. I am a choreographer so I know the challenges that come from working with large groups and she is the ultimate professional in not only being efficient with practice time but also being able to improve upon each individual's talents. Which brings me to my next big applause of Sarah. My son has autism and auditory processing disorder and Sarah took it upon herself to reach out to us and see if he wanted a little extra help. I jumped at the opportunity and invested in some vocal classes for my son. Sarah was instrumental in helping him progress as a singer and took his auditioning ability to the next level. She was so influential and helpful that he landed secured several roles with solo songs in the next few shows. Sarah is SOOOO knowledgeable in music and vocal work - and to people like me...who can't hold a note...she is a breath of fresh air as she explains in details vocal concepts and reading music. The ultimate professional with a beautiful voice and big heart. I highly recommend her for group instruction, individual instruction and everything in between!

Sarah is the vocal coach for my high school theater program. I brought her in 4 years ago, and she has been wonderful! She stepped up the technical skill of my students from only a couple of them singing harmonies, to the point where we crushed Into the Woods. She taught the whole group of 60 kids, actors AND techs, the basics of music theory so they’d understand musicals better. She’s also stellar with SEI skills with the kids, working with them on emotional regulation and confidence. I live in fear of the day when she finally has to stop working for my program.

I met Sarah through my schools theater program where she is the vocal director. I took multiple lessons with her in the fall and winter to prepare for auditions for my schools spring musical, “Into the Woods,” and to perfect technical vocal skills. Sarah is a welcoming, patient, and supportive coach who has really helped me develop trust in my vocal ability. She is extremely flexible and open to whatever questions you may have about your voice. Sarah encourages singers to explore their range through a variety of exercises, especially helping singers to strengthen and build fluidity between different areas of their voice including head voice, chest voice, and mix! Sarah is a wonderful teacher who I look forward to continue working with in the future!

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Sarah for over 20 years, both as a colleague and collaborator in the performing arts.
