About Denise
I’m a science graduate with a deep love for language, communication, and creative expression. I earned my degree in Biomedical Clinical Sciences from Boston University after starting college as an English Literature major — so I’ve always lived in both worlds: analytical and artistic.
Outside of academics, I’m a poet and rapper, and that creative background shapes how I teach. I help students learn English through conversation, rhythm, storytelling, and real-life practice so the language feels natural rather than intimidating. My goal is to help students feel confident expressing themselves — not just grammatically correct.
