About Janicya
I have always been a school person, and it is where I feel most at home. I would like to be an educator in my future career, and that has always been my dream! Since I could remember, I was teaching my dolls random things, and now I get to learn and teach others every day!

I tend to be very laid back and let the student guide the session, to a reasonable extent. I encourage self-sustaining in school like keeping track of their own assignments, but relying on me to help learn content. I do not help on anything graded for students in high school or above out of fairness for other students. However, I will help them learn the content on the homework. For instance, if the student is learning about calculating area, I would explain how to do the formulas and why, but it would be their responsibility to do the homework independently.
