About Alishba
Hello! I'm a final-year BS Clinical Psychology student at the Centre for Clinical Psychology (CCP), University of the Punjab, Lahore, with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for understanding human behaviour.
For me, psychology is much more than a subject to study. It is a way to understand how people think, feel, behave, and interact with the world around them. This curiosity motivates me to keep learning and to share my knowledge with others.
I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple explanations, connecting theories with real-life situations, and helping students develop a deeper understanding of what they learn. I also understand that every student has a different learning style, and I believe that the right guidance can make even challenging subjects manageable.
I want to teach because I enjoy making learning less intimidating and more meaningful. Whether you are a psychology student, preparing for an examination, working on research and statistics, or preparing for a civil service or psychotechnical test, I want to help you approach your goals with greater clarity and confidence.
My aim is not just to help you prepare for your next exam, but to help you develop knowledge and skills that stay with you beyond the classroom.
If you're looking for a patient, approachable, and dedicated tutor who will take your learning goals seriously, I'd be happy to work with you. Let's learn together!!!

My teaching approach is personalised, interactive, and focused on helping you truly understand psychology rather than simply memorising concepts.
As a Clinical Psychology graduate at the Centre for Clinical Psychology (CCP), University of the Punjab, Lahore, I combine my academic knowledge with practical examples to make complex topics easier to understand and apply.
I can help you with:
- Research Methods & Statistics: Understanding research designs, variables, hypotheses, statistical concepts, data interpretation, and research writing.
- Qualitative Research: Exploring research approaches, interviews, thematic analysis, and qualitative data interpretation.
- Social Psychology: Understanding human behaviour, social influence, attitudes, relationships, and group dynamics through real-life examples.
- Psychopathology: Learning psychological disorders, symptoms, diagnostic concepts, and relevant DSM-based material.
- Psychological Assessment & Testing: Understanding psychological tests, assessment principles, and interpretation concepts.
- Civil Service & Psychotechnical Test Preparation: Practising relevant psychological aptitude questions, reasoning tasks, and personality-based assessments according to your target examination.
- University Exam & Viva Preparation: Revising key concepts, practising questions, and building confidence for assessments.
What makes my lessons different?
I adapt each lesson to your current level, learning pace, and goals. Whether you are struggling with statistics, preparing for an examination, or exploring psychology out of personal interest, I aim to create a supportive environment where you can ask questions freely and learn without hesitation.
My lessons may include simplified explanations, practical examples, practice questions, revision strategies, and step-by-step guidance tailored to your needs.
You do not need to know everything before starting. We will identify what you already understand, work on the areas that need improvement, and build your knowledge one step at a time.
Let's make psychology easier to understand, more engaging to learn, and useful beyond the classroom!!!
