Okay with me it depends on who I am teaching. If I have kids who I am coaching I will start by knowing there name then play some games on the land and even sing a song before getting into the water to make class more interesting so that they don't get bored and for there classes will take 45 minutes so that's they get to understand things more easy and even not feeling more tired.
For adult's we are going to do some runs before getting into the water the more of some stretching and alot of demonstration on how you suppose to pull and even kick yours legs.
Another thing is how you suppose to position your head on water that's before getting into the water.
I am a swimming coach/ dancer.
Have been Coaching for 4 years with a large number of students.
They have been performing well that's why most of the time I have more new student because of good job that I do.
