About Ceci
I believe that sometimes our greatest lessons come not only from what we study, but also from what we experience, overcome, and learn to understand about ourselves.
My background includes studies in Ontological Coaching, Organizational Coaching, and Social Psychology, which have helped me develop a deeper understanding of human behavior, communication, beliefs, and the ways our experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world.
But beyond my studies, life has also been one of my greatest teachers.
Growing up in a dysfunctional family and experiencing narcissistic abuse have given me a personal understanding of how difficult relationships and unhealthy dynamics can affect our self-esteem, our boundaries, and our sense of identity. My own journey has taught me the importance of self-awareness, resilience, and learning to recognize our value, even when our experiences have made us question it.
I believe that our past can influence us, but it does not have to define us. With awareness, support, and consistent personal work, we can learn to trust ourselves again, make healthier choices, and build a life that feels more authentic, peaceful, and meaningful.

My approach focuses on:
Rebuilding self-worth, understanding unhealthy relationship patterns, setting healthy boundaries, reconnecting with yourself,
developing emotional awareness, creating a new vision for your life, among others.
I combine reflective questions, guided exercises, practical strategies, goal setting, and self-reflection activities to help clients turn insights into meaningful changes.
