About Damon
The one-on-one work that we will do comes from a zone of zero judgment. We have all been there as coaches: The uber-talented player who just won’t listen and is dragging down the culture of the program. The players who provide so much heart—but just don’t seem to be grasping concepts from training. The parents who micromanage your team behind the scenes, or even manipulate the game plans on game day. Each type of issue will be handled in meetings and addressed with you so that they can be handled properly, professionally, and quickly to get your team back on track.

Having worked with and learned from over half-a-dozen Hall of Fame coaches, my experiences have helped to provide a foundation whereby I can assist the psychological and stress loads that occur in any stage of season or off-season.
The most important piece that I can provide is the ability to listen and understand the difficulties and challenges that are faced by top coaches and provide sound, positive advice that can help guide their work in the long-term to truly guide them to further achievements.
