I am a personal trainer, cognitive behavior specialist, wellness coach, and life coach. I’ve been training in these fields for 5+ years and have been training/helping others as a career for 2 years now. I’ve experienced mental illness and know the impact that changing your perspective and understanding yourself can have to living as your best self.

My teaching approach is casual and flexible. I like to start teaching clients or students with a basic outline that I’ll follow throughout our progress but each individual session/lesson is open for discussion, questions, and new directions. The point is to understand ourselves and our minds better, so I leave it room for that during classes.
