About Christopher
As a college basketball coach I’ve learned a lot. What it takes to get to the next level is not easy, but rewarding once you get there. Growing up in Florida, I played every sport there is. This allowed me to really prosper as an athlete. When one puts there mind to something, there’s no doubt that it can be attained.

As a sports coach with over 8 years of experience, there’s nothing I haven’t seen. The beauty of the internet is that I’m able to see thousands of different scenarios and successes. Each persons body is unique and must be treated that way. Between dieting, weightlifting, plyometrics, speed and agility, and much more; I’ve adapted my system so that you can succeed.
