About Elsy
For 10 years I taught English language, Business English and many courses related to management on part time basis. However, for the last 5 years I shifted totally to education and training.
I trained more than 1500 people on different subject and with different providers. The subjects varied between time management, sales management, sales techniques, customer service, customer experience, conflict management and many others. I had 18 to 20 people every session and my rating was never less than very satisfactory.
As a business instructor I taught many courses like, knowledge management, accounting principles, employability skills, marketing principles, intellectual property, producing business reporting, and many other courses related to business management. I have been always recognized by students and colleagues as reference for knowledge.
My students achieved with recognition and were hired by good companies.

My educational background is in business where I have both a BS and MS in Business and Economics. My professional background has varied in different fields and business categories. I have worked with many non-profit and for-profit organizations and I have experience in both the production and the services industries. Moreover, I have strong experience in business consultancy and training that has enabled me to excel in vocational education at many levels.
I always follow the outline of the curriculum required, however my lesson plan will include both, the theoretical and the practical aspects.
I am a very enthusiastic, optimistic, supportive person who highly value education and learning and those who seek them.
