About Derek
I graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in History in 2023. I know how hard history can be and how challenging it can be to pay attention sometimes. That's why I don't like lecturing the traditional way. I have helped several students from k-12 pass exams and tests with my techniques and they all enjoy themselves in the process. It's my job to help you learn history but it's also my job to make sure you enjoy and have fun in the process.

Everyone has a different way they learn and retain history information. The most important part is that we find what works best for you to be able to succeed.
-What sets me apart as a tutor is that I know how challenging history can be from multiple aspects, so I always keep everyone engaged and keep the information relatable to the person. That is one of the techniques I use because I've learned it is all about how you teach the information, not the information itself.
