I am an Assistant Professor teaching in a college for the past 15 years. As I have already mentioned teaching learning go hand in hand so my ways of teaching will not only be beneficial for you but your thoughts too will give me the push to excel everytime as a teacher. Teaching and learning is an integral process of holistic knowledge which complement each other . A teacher is one who should map the mental wavelength of her students and give them opportunity to open up the way they can so that students are never scared to be expressive. I believe in interactive way of teaching so that I feel connected with my students. Their thoughts and worldviews are important for teachers to grow more.
