About Saiera
I am a college student in my final semester and I will be graduating with degrees in Mathematics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. I have been peer tutoring on campus for 3 years for several math classes. I help students take problems that may seem difficult at first but are easier to solve through when broken down and taken step by step. Math is logical and I try to help the student understand that there is always an answer.

My tutoring approach is to first explain the material to the student and clear up any misunderstandings. Math is best taught through examples and first hand experience solving problems. So, I walk through examples with students to make sure they know how to solve a problem step by step. Then, I try to have the student solve a similar problem on their own so that they feel comfortable grasping the material themselves.
