About Josh
I am currently a college student enrolled at Lethbridge college, where I am currently taking Spanish along with other subjects. I'm in the 2nd semester of Spanish and I have a 99%. I also lived among a latino population for 2 years speaking in Spanish. During these 2 years I studied Spanish on a daily basis along with learning it from the latinos themselves. I am very familiar with a wide range of verb tenses including ones that are very complicated to the every day english speaker. Such as subjunctive, past subjunctive, imperfect, and preterit

I base my teaching mostly on a visual basis. I have found it is very effective to observe, and then to write while pronouncing the words. Whiteboards are extremely effective when learning how to conjugate. I also find it very important to explain the tenses and to use examples that relate to the individual. Having learned Spanish myself I understand how complicated it is to grasp some of the concepts, and because i've experienced it, I understand how to simply explain the subject.
