I help students by simplifying complicated problems and helping them break down and understand what they are looking at. In my experience, it is very common where a student may be overthinking a question because they don't understand where the problem came from. I like the approach of showing them how to break it down so they can further understand the question and use their skills to find a solution. I am able to adapt to a student's learning preference if they are a visual learner or hands-on.
