About Imran
I’m a professional TV commentator, elite sportsman, and 7 times UK Number 1 in pool.
I run my own Pool Academy and have been teaching for over 25 years to students of all ages and abilities.
I know first-hand how clear, confident speaking can open doors and change how people see themselves. I want to teach because I love helping people feel relaxed, find their own voice, and communicate clearly and confidently without stress or pressure.

I focus on natural, real‑world English — no boring textbook drills. We practise conversation, pronunciation, tone, and speaking pace, so you learn to speak clearly and feel confident!
Obviously we have fun along the way and I can tell you about some of my real life experiences being a professional sportsman!
Lessons are fully tailored to your goals: whether you want everyday chat, travel talk, work English, or preparation for interviews and presentations.
You choose audio only or video call — never any pressure to turn your camera on. I share simple, practical tips from my TV commentary experience to help you improve fast!
I am a native English speaker with many years of professional broadcasting experience as a television commentator. I have also competed at the very highest level as a professional sportsman, holding the title of UK Number 1 seven times.
I have excellent communication skills, I speak with perfect clarity, and I know exactly how to help others improve their voice, pronunciation, and confidence when speaking. I am patient, friendly, and adapt my style to suit every learner.
