About Kenna
-I come from a family of educators.
-I taught English for a year on the Fulbright programme in eastern Turkey.
-I have two years of higher education experience in admissions, reading applications and counselling students through the college process.
-I'm currently studying for a MPhil in Global Studies at the University of Oxford.
-I am from Southern California and love the outdoors and the beach!
-I'm passionate about intercultural exchange and education, and the ways it can transform our learning.
- I am a big bookworm, movie watcher, and pop culture fanatic... I think the stories we tell about ourselves and others reveal a lot about our values and beliefs!

My approach is flexible, personalised, and unique to your learning style. The first lesson will be to get a sense of your personality and preferences, and what your specific goals are. From there, I will begin to tailor lessons to meet those objectives. I prefer relational and interactive—feedback and involvement are important to optimising my teaching and creating investment for you. I will try to make my lessons as creative as possible, because I think that allows concepts and ideas to stick better!
