About Sebastian
Hi, I'm Seb.
I'm a basketball player and aspiring coach based in Hemel Hempstead. I've always been a very competitive person and grew up playing as many sports as possible, including basketball, football and athletics. What I loved most about basketball was the combination of competition, teamwork and the friendships that come from being part of a team.
My coaching style reflects my personality: energetic, competitive and focused. I believe hard work and consistency are the foundations of success, both in basketball and in life.

Hi, I'm Seb.
I have coaching experience with Surrey Rams and have also been involved in coaching within my university basketball environment.
I specialise in shooting development, footwork, and guard skills. My goal is to help players become more skilled, confident, and competitive through challenging, game-focused training sessions.
I believe improvement comes from being pushed outside your comfort zone, so I expect players to work hard and bring energy to every session. I don't believe in going through the motions – every workout should leave you feeling like you've learnt something and improved as a player.
Sessions will focus on developing basketball fundamentals while also building conditioning, confidence, and a strong work ethic. Whether you're looking to improve your shooting, ball handling, footwork, or overall game, I'll help you identify areas for improvement and work towards your goals.

Perfect! Seb took the time to assess the current skills for my kids by testing different drills and exercises. Then focused on one two with practical examples and drills. In the end they played one to one with coaching and adbise all along. Very good communication and very friendly.
