About Caesha
I was a competitive swimmer for 11 years, ranking nationally in my age group. After facing an injury, I stopped competing and began my training as a lifeguard and swim instructor. I have lifeguarded and taught swimming lessons for 4 years, as well as coached young competitive swimmers for 2 years. From newborns to seniors, I have taught all age groups and all skill levels in both private and group settings.

My teaching focuses on great technique first. Through progressions and drills, I will help you to gain all the skills needed to become an excellent swimmer, no matter your starting level. I will work with you to create a personalized swimming plan based on your individual goals and desires, and help you attain those goals. Whether you have never stepped foot in a pool, or you are a seasoned swimmer hoping to increase your abilities, we will work together to get you where you need to be. You are also welcome to choose which pool we attend for your lesson.
