About Katharina
Swimming is my great passion. Unfortunately, I had to stop swimming professionally after an accident. In 2018/2019 I worked with a swimming team in Iceland and prepared them for the national championships where they finished 2nd out of 48 places.

The plans are adapted to your goals and needs. They firstly consist of a detailed explanation of the technique, followed by the individual plans for each unit, with statistics and repeated references to the various techniques. After each block, we will have a conversation in which you can tell me how it went and whether you would like changes for the next plan. Furthermore, we can discuss any ambiguities during this conversation. A block consists of training plans for 8 training units.
