About Oluwadamilola
Hello, I’m Oluwadamilola (but feel free to call me Dami)! I am a second-year Computer Science student with a strong passion for supporting students in their academic journey. As someone who understands the challenges of balancing schoolwork with personal life, I am dedicated to providing guidance that helps students excel in their GCSEs and A-levels. My name is Oluwadamilola, and I take a supportive, student-led approach to tutoring. My goal is to make complex topics feel manageable and even exciting by breaking them down into easy-to-understand steps, using real-life examples and interactive practice. I believe in building confidence as much as competence, so I encourage questions, celebrate small wins, and adapt to each learner’s pace and style. I typically teach coding (Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and more) and mathematics to GCSE and A-Level students, as well as university beginners looking to improve their technical foundation. My lessons usually run for 60 minutes, but I can tailor the length to suit the student’s needs and focus areas. As a second-year Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence student and a trained Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leader, I’ve facilitated weekly academic sessions for groups of first-year students. This role has given me real experience in planning lessons, explaining technical concepts clearly, and supporting students with different academic backgrounds. Whether you're a school student preparing for exams, a beginner looking to learn how to code, or someone needing help with coursework, I’m here to help you progress with confidence and clarity. Every session is tailored to your goals — and we’ll have a bit of fun along the way too!
