About Olivia
I am Olivia (En-Shi Liu), a Taiwanese concert pianist and experienced teacher, I am passionate about guiding students towards their musical goals. My teaching reflects a diverse and active international performance career.
I completed a Master of Music in Piano at the Royal Academy of Music and a Bachelor of Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where I was awarded numerous competition prizes.
I have participated in several international piano competitions. My performance career includes recitals across the UK and Europe, with appearances at prestigious venues such as Southbank Centre in London and Fazioli Concert Hall in Italy.
Alongside my solo work, I have an extensive background in collaborative piano, working closely with singers, strings, woodwinds, brass, dancers, and poets, and I was selected as a Leeds Lieder Young Artist in 2024.

When you face technical or musical challenges, I will provide bespoke solutions tailored entirely to you. Furthermore, I provide music theory lessons to support your musical foundation and help you progress to an advanced level.
I focus on cultivating a healthy, relaxed technique, expressive musicality, and strong sight-reading abilities. My lessons provide a supportive, encouraging environment where we will work collaboratively to achieve your full potential and build lasting confidence at the piano!
