My name is Eve Sotiriadou, and I am a high school teacher from Canada. I have three Bachelors degrees in Education and History and a BAHo in Religion. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Religion from Queen’s University in the summer of 2022, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in cultural studies. Although I have shifted my interest to social sciences in the last couple of years, teaching continues to be an integral part of my academic responsibilities. I am interested in tutoring because it allows me to practice and enhance my teaching skills while focusing on my studies, given the remote nature of the job. I am well-versed in classroom management skills and lesson planning, considering my students’ needs and interests. In the last couple of years, I have also delved deeper into curriculum writing, where I have focused on anti-hate education through curriculum diversification, adopting social justice frameworks.
