About LUIGI
Passionate about French and France, I moved to Paris 10 years ago. I have always been interested in learning foreign languages (French, but also Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic), it's a wonderful way to open up to other cultures and to really feel them!
To share my original Italian culture with other people, I started training in teaching Italian to adults in 2013 (DITALS certificate for learning Italian as a foreign language) and have been giving private lessons to all lovers of the Italian language and culture since!

I adopt a modern teaching methodology aimed specifically at adults, with programs adapted to the level, needs and interests of each student. Forget about school lessons where you simply learn rules and words by heart! Grammar exercises are a tool to improve and structure knowledge of another language, not a goal itself. The main objective should remain being able to communicate, and it does not matter if you make a mistake and hesitate, especially at the beginning!
I prefer that my students progress in their understanding and expression of the language, and even in their knowledge of grammar, with games, texts, videos, songs, conversation sessions around current topics and/or according to their own centers of interest, in a relaxed and cool atmosphere.
