About Vikas
Ex-footballer with a Business Administration degree. I had the opportunity to play under the coaching of Chima Okorie, famous Nigerian footballer who currently resides in India. I had the opportunity to coach young kids as well as players in the senior team. Thus, I played and mentored as I was one of the senior players in the team.

No matter age, gender, or any other factor, if you really want to be a footballer or cricketer or an athlete, the trick lies in being sensible off the practice.
Mental ability is one of the most important factors while preparing for a sport. It is not just the physical effort.
Further, as an athlete it is important to stay away from injury and test yourself everyday.
The methodology of this is a complex question to answer but to sum it up, it is a combination of physical and mental workout combined with specific techniques.
