About Betshena
Starting immediately out of high school into the beauty industry, I still love what I do! The most fear that I have had here, is when I first stepped out into the industry on my own all of the answers for situations that may arise don't necessarily come to you in textbook thought processing. So there was this fear of making huge mistakes that in my mind would be irreparable. But once I applied the hands-on approaches and really paid attention to the veteran stylists and professionals around me that fear dissipated. 22 years in this industry and I am here to stay, there is so much for me to offer here.

My approach to teaching includes hands on methods and real world experiences. I expect the student to be fulfilled as well as entertained by the training that is received. Depending on what the student is lacking, a lesson plan will be generated. My tutoring sessions will be customized for each student concerning their immediate needs as well as their unique learning abilities.
