About Dishita
I’m Dishita Parikh, a passionate physiotherapist with over 6 years of experience—and a journey that began with self-doubt and ended with me achieving a gold medal. I know what it feels like to struggle with complex concepts, to rely on rote learning, and to aim just for passing marks. But I also know the power of shifting to conceptual clarity and purposeful learning—because it completely transformed my academic and professional life. From leading physiotherapy departments and treating diverse patient populations to mentoring students and delivering talks across Gujarat, I’ve combined evidence-based practice with empathy and real-world insight.
