About Zainub
What sets me apart as a graduate teacher is my authentic professional experience as an artist, I bring real-world artistic knowledge into the classroom. This professional background allows me to connect curriculum content to contemporary art practices and career pathways, making learning relevant and inspiring for students. I believe in the importance of patience, adaptability, and building trust with students in order for them to reach their full potentials. I modify my teaching strategies to engage students meaningfully, using art as a powerful tool for self-expression and the development of key art skills.

I believe in creating safe, supportive, and creative learning environments where students' intellectual, emotional, and social capabilities flourish. My approach centres on building healthy relationships with students through genuine engagement and care, recognising that each child brings unique perspectives and potential. I utilise the Circle of Courage framework—focusing on Mastery, Independence, Generosity, and Belonging—to meet students' universal needs through reflective tasks, collaborative activities, and creative exploration.
