About Soni
For the past 10+ years, I have been teaching Spanish to High School and College students with dedication and enthusiasm. During this time, I have successfully worked with around 150 students, helping them improve their understanding of the language while developing confidence in communication. Teaching Spanish allows me to combine my love for education with my passion for helping students succeed.
My teaching philosophy is simple. Learning should be practical, engaging, and enjoyable. Every lesson is planned according to the student's level, learning style, and goals. I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and listening through interactive exercises, discussions, and everyday examples that make learning meaningful.
I believe students achieve the best results when they are actively involved in lessons. Regular revision sessions, quizzes, speaking practice, and personalised feedback help learners strengthen their knowledge while staying motivated. I also introduce Spanish culture to make learning richer and more interesting.
Helping around 150 students improve academically and gain confidence has been one of my proudest achievements. Many learners have become more comfortable speaking Spanish and have achieved higher examination scores through consistent practice and encouragement.
I strive to create a friendly classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing themselves, and enjoying the learning process. My goal is to help every learner become a confident and successful Spanish speaker.

I believe learning Spanish should be practical, engaging, and personalised. My teaching is guided by Accountability, helping students set clear learning objectives, track their progress, and stay motivated. I practise Integrity, providing honest, transparent, and reliable instruction, ensuring every lesson is meaningful and tailored to the student’s goals.
With Flexibility, I adjust teaching methods, materials, and pace to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels. Communication is central to my approach; I encourage speaking, discussions, and interactive activities that reinforce comprehension and fluency.
Through a Positive and encouraging environment, I motivate students to explore the language without fear of mistakes and celebrate every achievement. Beyond Spanish, I incorporate relevant subjects such as grammar, literature, and cultural studies to enrich lessons and help students apply their knowledge practically.
My aim is to develop confident, well-rounded learners who can use Spanish effectively in both academic and everyday situations.
