About Bethany
I am a MA Creative Writing student at Teesside University, and BA(hons) Media Studies graduate. while I am new to tutoring I strive to help my students to grow not only within their work but also as a person, I believe it is my path in life to go into education.

My teaching methods include sitting with my students to discuss the work we are looking at, I believe in literature discussing the work out loud allows you to understand it better. My lessons will be set out with an opening task last no more than five minutes, before going on to spend the next forty minutes on the main task of that week before ending the class with a ten minute discussion about what they have learned and what we will look at in the next lesson. Before the first class I require a list of topics/texts they are exploring at school in order for me to tailor my classes to their needs.
