About Mayra
I am mother of two rambunctious boys, 4 and 7.
I have learned so much from them. I realized how much personalities really matters when creating fun lesson plans. What works with one kid, may not work for another.
I Graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a BA in cultural studies in 2010. Between 2011-12 I attended a community college and took courses in early child development and business.
By 2013 I had first child and a small business. I am proficient in photoshop and I often use it as a tool for teaching.

I am a firm believer that kids can learn more than they think. The best way is to find what their interest are and integrated into their lesson plan.
Lessons plans can changed depending on the student. My objective is to learn what they love ( puzzles, art, comic books, superheroes, etc. ) and show them a connection between a subject that they may not love.
