About Elizabeth
With over 13 years of classroom teaching experience and 5 years of virtual tutoring expertise, I am passionate about helping students succeed. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an Intervention Specialist focus. My love for teaching extends beyond the classroom—I thrive on creating engaging, personalized learning experiences that build confidence and foster academic growth. I specialize in tutoring grades 3–8 across all subject areas, tailoring instruction to meet each student’s unique needs. Whether in-person or online, my goal is to make learning meaningful, enjoyable, and effective. I am able to personalize each lesson to your child. After an initial assessment, lessons will be catered to your student’s needs. By looking at how they can grow and how I can reach them, I am able to see students learn and grow! I use students’ interests to have their learning be relatable.

I create engaging and interactive lessons for students to learn through fun games and activities.
I begin with a math or science warm up lesson that involves turning the students’ brain on to get ready to learn! Riddles, mysteries and other logic puzzles are helpful.
I determine what the students’ needs are based on my own assessment and parent input to create lessons using games, drawing, and creating.
Lessons are for students in grades 3-8. I look forward to working with your student!
