About Ellison

As a current enthusiastic History student, I've done my time in boring lessons and date regurgitating exams to come out on the better side of the subject. This makes me more than happy to approach the content you need to cover in a way that suits you best. For me, finding a hands-on approach to my subject worked wonders and has allowed my current niche of textiles throughout history to become really enjoyable, so I hope to find something that works for you too.

About the lesson

My tutoring is for any history course below degree level. I review a student's specific curriculum and struggles with the subject, and then offer lessons between 1-2 hours per week or fortnight. Usually, my longer sessions are for students who have trouble concentrating and require a break or two to take in information. For students who need something alongside their teaching throughout the year, I can go over taught content and assist in creating revision materials to prepare them for their assessments. For students who need assistance just in the run-up to exams, I can run revision sessions and help with timetabling their out-of-class revision schedules.
