I think George's passion for the subject is his strongest attribute and why he's a trustworthy tutor. His broad knowledge of the subject stems from this, especially with poetry, literature and creative writing. It was clear to see after living with him throughout our undergraduate degrees - he was always the one in the house consistently coming home with first in assignments which culminated in him getting a first overall and was thoroughly deserved. Not only this but he also wrote pieces of his own work such as screenplays and poems which weren't required by his course, but because it was what he loves to do!

Whilst at uni with George I studied biology. I always knew I would study a science, but looking back it was the passion that the biology teachers at my old school consistently showed which really engaged me in the subject above all others. I see this same passion in George for his field as I saw in those teachers and it's why I'm more than happy to recommend him now!

I studied English with Creative Writing with George at Nottingham University and we would often write together in the library or in coffee shops! He's reliable and hard working - with original ideas which inspire others! He will always help others and you can trust him to have read any book or poem you need help with, as literature is a real passion for him! I would definitely recommend him to any students who would like some extra help - they couldn't find a better tutor!

George is a perceptive and conscientious MA student. He is extremely helpful, an excellent explainer and motivator, - and also really hilarious. Literature is his passion, I cannot recommend anyone greater to learn with. 5* rating, George got me through my undergraduate degree, I am forever grateful for all his help and support.
