About Rea
I was born in New Zealand and later moved to Australia, where I completed my education before beginning my studies in medicine. I am currently a medical student with a strong passion for helping others and a deep interest in science and healthcare.
Alongside my studies, I enjoy painting, writing, and reading, which allow me to stay creative and balanced outside of academics. I believe these hobbies have helped me develop patience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
I am highly dedicated and committed to my work, always aiming to give my best in everything I do. In the future, I hope to specialise in either plastic surgery or dermatology, as I am particularly interested in combining precision, creativity, and patient care in my career

I take a supportive and structured approach to tutoring, making sure each student feels confident and comfortable asking questions. Lessons are tailored to the individual student’s needs and are focused on one topic at a time, which we agree on before the session begins. Students are also welcome to bring any questions they already have from school, homework, or revision.
Each lesson is one hour long and takes place online using screen sharing. At the start of the session, I create a mind map of the topic so students can see the key ideas and how everything links together. From there, we focus on the most important concepts that they need to know, breaking difficult topics down into simple and manageable steps.
Throughout the lesson, I use worked examples, exam-style questions, and practice questions to help students apply what they have learnt. I believe practice is the best way to build confidence, so students are regularly given questions to complete during and after lessons.
Outside of lessons, students can contact me by email if they need extra help or have general questions about revision, study techniques, or understanding difficult topics.
I am currently a first-year medical student with an A* in Biology, and I tutor GCSE and A-Level students. My lessons are ideal for students who want to improve their understanding, build confidence, and achieve higher grades in exams
