About Ali
I am currently at sixth form studying Physics and Economics.
I have always enjoyed maths and have achieved an A* in GCSE Maths, an A in GCSE Further Maths and an A in A-level Maths.
I have had tuition myself since GCSE so I have understood the fundamentals concepts very well - and my grades are proof of this.

I am comfortable teaching content up to and including GCSE.
I can help children with their school work or just general topics that they struggle on. I would explain the content to them and go through examples first to ensure they fully understand how to answer these questions. I would let them complete some questions by themselves and then set homework for them to complete for the next lesson. If they have any difficulties answering the homework we can always discuss these during the following lesson.
I feel practice makes perfect and the more practice you do, the better the result in the final exam.
I believe that there has to be a friendly relationship where the child feels comfortable and actually enjoys learning the subject.
