I am Aoife, a 19 year old university student. I love reading and always have done, maths is something I have worked harder at but have come to enjoy. I love teaching and understanding different people's ways of learning, and aim to help you become confident in yourself and your abilities.

I approach each session with enthusiasm and passion for the subjects. I love the process of understanding new topics and learning, and encourage others to feel the same. I allow learners to make mistakes and try and solve them on their own, before I try and intervene to steer them in the right direction. It is often better for them to understand where they went wrong in the beginning, than it is for them to get to the answer quickly. Speed and technique can be understood and developed once the foundations are secure.
