About Lucy
I am an A-Level student at City of Portsmouth College and I am currently achieving an A. I am very down to earth and I can sympathise with the difficulties experienced at GCSE level as someone who only took the exams just over a year ago. I would like to teach GCSE students Business Studies as I believe I have a good depth of knowledge at that level and can help a student improve their grades as I know from first-hand experience what resources and teaching methods are helpful rather than hindering. I can also help with gaining advanced knowledge before entering the first year of college.

My approach to tutoring is to identify weaknesses through tasks and resources I have created myself and using my experience of taking Business Studies exams at GCSE level only a year ago to be relatable and helpful from the perspective of a student. I will provide printed resources I have made myself to help strengthen weak spots and I will provide analytical feedback to use for homework.
