I have loved learning since I was little and always found myself offering to help those around me in the subjects I really excelled in and enjoyed. This long standing relationship with learning and teaching had driven me to pursue a teaching degree emphasizing in secondary english and historical education. I am hoping to utilize this platform to engage on greater level with students and support them in their educational journey. I have a background in classical rhetoric and debate. I was on the debate team and in theater during my high school tenure. I also currently tutor and assist at kumon, so I am able to work efficiently and effectively with all ages.
