About Melina
Why hello everyone, My name is Melina! Id just want to take to time to tell you all about myself and as to why i have much passion in teaching and tutoring. Throughout my time in High school i unfortunately struggled with my reading and writing comprehension, leaving me with poor grades. However, as i look back now and see how much I have improved through the trust i had in my teachers and fellow class mate, i realized the importance of allowing those around you to help you and motivate you to become better. As a tutor, its not only my job to help you academically, but to see your growth as a person as you expand your opportunities. I look forward to seeing each and every one you grow more in your skills, creating a promising future.

At the moment i currently volunteer at my local church and youth group assisting various young adults/students with their reading and writing skills. Unfortunately i dont have much experience in this field. However, i am determined to help students reach their full potential and succeed in the reading and writing abilities. Usually i like to take my time with each student, to ensure that they are getting the help they need, and so each lesson lasts about and hour to two hours. I seek to improve the skills of students ages 12-16.
