About the Class
As a trained educator with a B.Ed. degree and currently pursuing M.Ed., my teaching approach is learner-centered, practical, and concept-driven. I strongly believe that every student has unique learning abilities, and my role as a teacher is to guide, support, and nurture those abilities through meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
My Teaching Approach & Methods
I focus on building strong conceptual clarity rather than rote learning. My teaching integrates:
Constructivist Approach – Encouraging students to actively participate and build their own understanding
Interactive Teaching – Asking questions, discussions, and real-life examples
Diagnostic Teaching – Identifying learning gaps and addressing them individually
Activity-Based Learning – Especially in Mathematics to simplify abstract concepts
Step-by-Step Explanation – Particularly useful in Accountancy problem-solving
I adapt my methods based on the learner’s pace, background, and level of understanding.
Usual Structure of My Class
Each class is carefully structured to ensure maximum learning:
Introduction / Recap (5–10 mins)
Brief revision of previous concepts
Linking prior knowledge with new topics
Concept Explanation (15–25 mins)
Clear explanation using examples and illustrations
Use of real-life applications (especially in Mathematics and Accountancy)
Guided Practice (15–20 mins)
Solving problems together
Step-by-step guidance
Independent Practice (10–15 mins)
Students attempt questions on their own
Immediate feedback and correction
Assessment & Doubt Clearing (10 mins)
Quick evaluation through questions
Clearing all doubts thoroughly
My Special Features as a Teacher
Strong foundation in pedagogy and educational psychology
Ability to teach both weak and advanced learners effectively
Patient, supportive, and approachable teaching style
Focus on exam-oriented preparation along with deep understanding
Regular feedback and performance tracking
Experience in helping students improve from basic to proficient level
