About Diego
I am Spanish student at Long Beach University. I grew up in Mexico for the first part of my life so Spanish is my first language. I'm very passionate about teaching others about the language I grew up speaking and has been a life goal of mine to at least teach 1 person Spanish. I have experience tutoring and have quite enjoyed it. It is very rewarding to me when people tell me I helped them improve or they show me the grades they got in the end.

I am a very practical instructor. Helping people correctly pronounce and speak the language is my main specialty, alongside aiding in any Spanish homework that a person might have.
I think that by starting any day or lesson with a new vocabulary word is essential. This way it'll ensure that the introduction of the language is more natural and organic. Aiding in areas like speech is vital to the growth of a new language speaker, reading and writing will also both greatly advance this way.
I am a very approachable and outgoing person. I try to empathize with those around me and I would look this more of an enjoyable time teaching people the language that I grew up with rather than just another lesson plan.
Since I am still a University student I think it would be wise for me tutor high school and under, however if you are just trying to learn Spanish from the beginning I can also assist with that.
