About Sofea
Hi! My name is Sofea and I'm currently a Sociology student at the University of Poitiers, France. I started my French journey in a French engineering program in Malaysia, but then continued with a human sciences degree in France instead.
I love learning languages and currently hold a DALF C1 certificate and an IELTS certificate where I obtained the band of 8.5.
I have experience teaching students from ages 11-17 in English, Mathematics, and Science, and enjoyed the experience greatly.
I look forward to seeing you in class!

I'm willing to teach at all levels - though preferably students who are just starting out - and I hope to help you become more comfortable in French.
As a student who has been studying French for several years and who has recently obtained the DALF C1 certificate, I am able to teach you French from a student perspective.
I prefer implementing students' interests in the lesson plan, promising engaging activities like using clips from movies and shows, and texts from popular books to help make the language less scary.
