Hi, I am currently studying Medicine at St Georges and I'm happy to tutor Biology and Chemistry up to A level standard.
Methodology
I was tutored through an online platform for GCSE and A level as well as attending a tuition centre so I understand what it is like being the student in online tutoring and it helped me realise how I learn best. This is what I would like my students to achieve as I know that everyone has a different way of learning, therefore my method of teaching is adaptable to every individuals' preferences. Personally, I have always learned things better when I answered questions. So one method of teaching would be to first go through the content and simplify it for the student. Then ask the student to recall the knowledge and answer a few questions (possibly from past papers). Then improve the complexity of the content as the lesson progresses.
Experience
I have always had an interest in the Medicine and I can only be in this position right now as a Medical Student because of my hard work that has allowed me to achieve the top grades in Maths, Biology and Chemistry for A-level (A*AA) as well as achieving 9A*s and 2As for GCSE.
