Hi, I'm Anusha Sharma. I'm a martial artist and i'm pursuing political science in university of delhi. I'm a national and international goldmedalist in tang soo do. I'm here to gain some extra experience and to explore different fields and meet different people.

At the beginning, we will start with some basic exercises like stretching, stamina exercise, waist rotation, some leg exercises and many more.
Moving forward, we will start doing some sets of lunges, push ups, skipping, basic kicks etc. And at the end of the class we will finish our class with surya namaskaar
