About Oscar
My job is to go at your pace. After all, I would be your tutor in a one-to-one session so if there is any misunderstanding or struggle I will be there to guide you as long as it takes to see you understand the lesson or to realise possible mistakes you've made in your answers.
I am a calm and reassuring tutor who will never let you feel like giving up. I know from personal experience how hard these times can be, but if you have come this far I am sure I can help you progress. I have a relatively flexible schedule and have had most of my students achieve, and often go beyond their initial goals!

I will start the lesson with a brief introduction task such as questions from the previous lesson and then I will teach them the lesson of the day or help them revise a specific topic or practice exam techniques from past papers. I will always ensure that the student has a solid understanding of a topic before moving on in the lesson. My lessons typically range from an hour in length to two. I have an enhanced DBS and have been tutoring on MyTutor for over three years!
