I love movement, good food, laughter, and connecting with others.
When I am off the mat you can find me lounging on the couch or running after my sweet niece.

I am a certified yoga instructor who works one-on-one with individuals.
Yoga is a journey towards self; whether you are looking for a little extra movement, connection to your body and breath, or some stress relief, I am here to support you.
