About Giulia
I have a professional dance record and I am a Physiotherapy student. My focus is on contemporary dance and jazz, but I have plenty of experience within urban dances (hip hop, house ..). I like to dance and teach others because this is a tool of wellbeing and that unites people.

My goal in giving classes is from physical exercise to improve people's health and self-confidence. In addition, present studies of rhythms, choreographic studies and about our body awareness, which is necessary for our daily life. I base my classes in three stages: warm-up, dynamics, and sequences, always adaptively for the student or class to have greater advantage.
