About Rute

I have been on the journey of dance and performing arts for the last 6 years. I have a wealth of experience to offer. My passion stems from the interests of art of expression. Avenues to express your inner self is an art in its self. I have been sharing my knowledge for the past 5 years. I conduct one to one sessions which aims to empower your inner self and move towards the final goal; the ability to express yourself.

My teaching style consists of knowing your goals, then we will set out a plan. I specialist in freedom dancing. Contemporary, urban/street, improvisation, contact and release. My contemporary is based upon Humphrey, Cohan and Cunningham technique.

I can meet you wherever your comfortable, however from my experience the outdoors is where you can truly connect with the arts.
